Quality insurance

Silver

The 925/000 silver articles all have a stamp certifying their authenticity and receive a passivation treatment against natural oxidation.

Gold-plated

The gold-plated jewelry is made on a brass base. The deposited gold is 750/000 gold with a guaranteed minimum thickness of 3 microns and without dispersion. A layer of 980/000 gold is also added in finish. All gold-plated items are hallmarked.

Privacy policy

All personal data collected on our site are used to carry out the order processing and manage the commercial relationship (deliveries, invoices, after-sales service). Copies of fingerprints sent to us by consent will only be used for professional purposes and will be kept privately as part of the vectorization and engraving process. They will not be disclosed to the general public except with prior approval.

Warranty

Jewelry will not be refundable or exchangeable. Only bracelet chain sizes will be able to be modified for an adequate adjustment beforehand and, in any exceptional circumstances, if the chain would come to break within the first six months, it will be possible for you to have a welding free of charges (service only valid in Belgium) ; in those cases, please contact us directly to arrange an appointment. Deterioration, breakage and wear are not part of the warranty.

For your everyday use, our jewelry are quite resistant. You can keep them in the shower, while training, etc. On the other hand, you must remove them when you go to the swimming pool or in the sea in order to avoid any damages.

It should be noted that, of course, less contact you will have with water, better the longevity will be – even if they are not subject to rust whether they are silver or (plated) gold. It is highly recommended to stay away from any corrosive and abrasive products (maintenance products, detergents, etc.).

Payment and delivery methods

Eligible payments will be made through Paypal (with a user account or as a visitor), Stripe for credit card payments (Mastercard, Visa, Amex) or by bank transfer using Bancontact. All prices of our items are displayed in euros All Taxes Included. The price of an item does not include the shipping costs charged in addition to the selling price and the eventual customs cost will be borne by the customer. Orders must be paid in euros.

The delivery is available internationally. The shipping amount costs 6.50€ in Belgium (bpack 24h pro), is up to 28.90€  for Europe (bpack World Business with a period of 2 to 5 days depending on the destination) and up to 33.50€ for the rest of the world (bpack World Business with a delay of 4 to 10 days depending on the destination). The bpost package has a tracking number that will be sent to you as soon as it is confirmed by e-mail ; please take into account the process of vectorization and engraving (10 to 15 days) before any order dispatch .
