Fingerprints
How do I take my fingerprints set ?
Using an ink pad : place your thumb or forefinger gently on it and flat, then press three times on a white sheet and send us a very clear picture of your fingerprints set.
The lines of the imprint in the center must stand out clearly on your photo. Here's the visual info.
Prices
What are your prices ?
Everything is mentionned in the eshop, all variants will allow you to the change of prices according to the model, type of chain and amount of medallions. See the shop.
Jewelry
What materials are the jewelry available in?
All our jewels are available in 18 carat gold plated and in rhodium silver 925 (more info in Terms and conditions).
Note that it is also possible to order the Huella necklace (only this model) in 18 carat gold, therefore you can send us an email to info@huella-jewelry.comCan we wear the jewelry underwater ?
Yes, our jewelry are quite resistant. You can keep them in the shower, while training, etc. On the other hand, you must remove them when you go to the swimming pool or in the sea in order to avoid any damages.
It should be noted that, of course, less contact you will have with water, better the longevity will be – even if they are not subject to rust whether they are silver or (plated) gold. It is highly recommended to stay away from any corrosive and abrasive products (maintenance products, detergents, etc.).How many medallions can I add and how much is it ?
Maximum 3 medallions per jewelry. Adding a medallion costs 35€ for necklaces and 30€ for bracelets ; price will vary if you're adding a fingerprint engravure or writing on the backside.
Is it possible to engrave on the backside of a medallion?
Yes, you can either add a second fingerprint for an extra cost of 10€ or a writing (letter, name, sentence, date, etc. up to maximum 12 characters) for an extra cost of 5€.
From what age and until what age can we have our fingerprints engraved ?
From 4 to 5 years the fingerprints are beginning to be pronounced enough to make them stand out well on a sheet. For the elderly, it depends on the wear of the fingers for each person. As long as the lines in the center still stand out clear, we can engrave them.

What are the payment methods ?
Bancontact or Paypal. We are operating through Shopify for a secure payment system.
Shipping
is there a shipping estimate?
It takes about 10 to 15 working days after the receipt of your payment (vectorisation of your fingerprint and engraving process).
To which countries do you deliver ?
We mainly deliver to Belgium for 6,50€ (bpack 24h pro) and to France for 11,90€. However, we are now offering international shipping (bpack World Business). For US and Canadian orders, please consider extra eventual cost for customs taxes.

Yes, the package is sent via Bpost, you will receive an email to notify you of the arrival of your package.
If you are not home, a registered letter will be left in your mailbox and you will be able to pick it up at the post office nearest to you.
Warranty
can i return an item ?
Jewelry can not be returned unless there is a "natural" damage within the first six months. In any exceptional circumstances, if the chain would come to break, it will be possible for you to have a welding free of charges (service only valid in Belgium) ; if the cord is damaged somehow, we can change it for you as well.
In those cases, please contact us directly to arrange an appointment. Deterioration and breakage are not part of the warranty.Can i get a refund ?
Jewelry will not be refundable or exchangeable as it is a personalised item.
