You can either :

1) Choose an engraved piece of jewelry from the Huella essentials collection and can send us a sharp picture of your fingerprint (or a picture of the entire paw of your dog/cat) by email following your order confirmation.

2) Choose a molded piece from the Terre d'Ambre collection. You will then receive by post the kit and instructions to take your fingerprint or your dog/cat noseprint/pawprint at home and send back the molds to us. If you prefer, you can also visit one of our sales outlets to take your animal's imprint directly on site.

Yes, you can either order your jewelry online and receive the kit at home, or visit one of our sales outlets.
Furthermore, you can also meet us and take your imprint with us during our events/pop-ups and choose your fav piece of jewelry!

Of course, you can cast/engrave several imprints on one jewel.

The available options are next to each product. You can add up to 6 imprints on the Sigma tag charm from the Terre d'Ambre collection, and up to 2 imprints on the Monolith ring or the Aura pendant. If you'd like to have more than 2 or 3 imprints on a specific model, but can't find the option available on our web, you can always contact us, and we'll let you know what we can do for you.

The jewels from the Huella Essentials collection are engraved on the surface using a diamond point technology and fingerprints are based on a vectorized picture.

The jewels from Terre d'Ambre are 100% handcrafted using your own mold (human or animal's imprint). The metal will take on the exact shape of the mold, bringing out all its reliefs. The result has a deeper and more organic look.

There are several ways to find out your finger size. You can measure the inside diameter of a ring and then refer to this table.

Engraved jewelry (Huella Essentials) is made of 925 sterling silver and gold-plated.

Molded jewelry (Terre d'Ambre) is made from 100% recycled materials in 925 silver, vermeil (925 silver plated with a 5-micron layer of 18k gold) and 18k gold.

Yes, you can wear our jewelry in the shower. For vermeil jewelry, we advise you to remove it when you go into the sea or the swimming pool.

For any necessary repairs, we ask you to send us a photo of the damaged jewel to info@huella-jewelry.com so that we can send you a repair estimate.

For engraved jewelry from the Huella Essentials collection, the delivery takes 5 to 10 working days from the day we confirm the pictures of your fingerprints.

For molded jewelry from the Terre d'Ambre collection, please allow approximately 10 to 15 working days from the day we receive the molds. If the jewel is to be offered for a specific date, anniversary or other event, don't hesitate to let us know!

Please note that the fastest you send us back the imprints, the fastest we can produce.
If it is in Holiday season, such as Christmas, we reserve the right to extend the time delivery by 5 to 10 extras business days.

We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers. For any interruptions to orders when in transit, please contact the shipping company directly, after receiving tracking number.

Free shipping is automatically applied if the minimum orders of 250 EUR for Belgian and French orders is met. If the minimum order is not met, a minimal flat rate shipping charge will be applied accordingly :

Once your order has been confirmed and your parcel dispatched, you will receive an email from Bpost.

Customers are responsible of paying all import duties and/or taxes. We advise you to group your items in one order in order to save on multiple shipping charges. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and therefore shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, with special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Our jewels are personalized and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged once created.
