Returns and Exchanges

Introduction

At Huella Jewelry, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. This policy outlines our returns and exchanges process.

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Return: No returns accepted, except for the imprint kit.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return for the imprint, please use the return label.
  3. Refunds: No refunds accepted unless there is an exceptional production issue on our side. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the next 6 months after the purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@huella-jewelry.com and send your item to the address provided.
  2. Exchange Process: Please contact us first to confirm that your item is eligible for exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Shipping Returns/Exchanges

  1. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items
